“For me, being a psycho-creative person means living in joy with self-awareness.
It means nurturing self-love, softening harsh self-criticism, and engaging every day in emotional creation.
It is feeling the abundance within me, celebrating the divine gifts I was given, and dancing with them in both my inner and outer worlds.
It is learning about the healthy nature within me, realizing it can be cultivated, connected to, and lived with — and through that, experiencing true happiness.
It is loving myself even when I know I carry certain addictions to unhealthy patterns. Not being frightened by this, but trusting that I have the tools to transform them into a healthy nature.
It is ‘working’ from a place of joy, without self-punishment.
For me, this is truly a gift of life — mental health, and happiness.”
