A “Psycho-Creative success” is a state where we manage to transform negative/heavy/disturbing/confusing emotions or feelings into a creative flow that turns them into a new state of mind in which the person feels in a better state of being able to cope with the problem at hand.
This “success” is simply an activation of a natural transformation ability to shift back from negative/unhealthy nature into its healthy positive and rewarding form.
This event may occur several times during the course of Psycho-Creative Coaching (PCC)and it is one of the exciting parts of the process.
Sometimes these sudden positive shifts appear to be “miraculous” but, as stated above they are just a manifestation of the return of the natural self-healing forces the soul has always contained yet was blocked from, for a substantial amount of time.
This relative “blockade,” that prevents a person from having the natural transformative inner system more active and involved is mostly related, in the psycho-creative view, to an over-active inner critic that is constantly “busy” in preventing the natural healthy flow from the “inside” (passion, urges, desire, ideas, emotions) to the “outside” (creation, initiatives, changes, adventure, playfulness.)
One of the most important contributions of PCC is elevating the awareness about the presence and influence of over-active inner-critic and providing practical tools to reduce it, both during sessions as well as in the home practice.
