And we’ll start by saying that Transformation happens through experience, not explanation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Transformation is a movement from one state to another, toward a more harmonious, flowing, and whole way of being, and at the same time, a movement of coming closer to your true self.<\/p>\n

These two movements happen together:
a shift in form into something more aligned and alive,
and a deepening connection to who you truly are.<\/p>\n

This space is dedicated to processes of transformation, and also to those who simply wish to come closer, to explore, and to experience change in a natural and gradual way.<\/p>\n

You are welcome here whether you are seeking deep transformation, or simply a first step toward something new within yourself.<\/p>\n

Moments of True Joy\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Transformation here takes place within a living human environment, the Moments of True Joy (MTJ) community<\/strong>.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Within this space, personal processes and shared experience come together.<\/p>\n

The Psycho-Creative Journeys are practiced within the community, and support the development of key inner capacities such as natural creativity, self-love, and the reduction of excessive self-criticism.<\/p>\n

As these capacities grow, the ability to experience Moments of True Joy naturally expands.<\/p>\n

These moments are not the goal alone; they are both a result and an active part of the transformation itself.<\/p>\n
