The Psycho-Creative Language: Reducing exaggerated self-criticism.
The 2nd component of the Psycho-Creative language represents a major challenge, both in its realization as well as the way to cope with its implications.
All people face exaggerated self-criticism, and most of them are not aware of this fact. All other components of the P-C that represent paths to healing and development are negatively affected by the exaggerated self-criticism, first and foremost, when the awareness about its presence and impact is low.
In fact, almost all possible paths toward change, transformation, improvement, and release of old and stubborn problems are blocked, to some level, by the presence of this exaggerated inner critic.
It is a part of the personality that resists change, resists spontaneity, resists creativity, resists freedom, surprises, uncertainty and adventure. We might say that our exaggerated self-criticism is the “best” representation of our fears and of the places in our minds where we are reluctant to visit, know and embrace.
The Psycho-Creative language enables a process of growing awareness to the presence as well as the effect of the exaggerated inner-critic and offers a wide range of tools to minimize its impact while we learn to increase our level of freedom, emotionally, creatively, and spiritually.
Much of the relief people gain during the process of learning and implementing the Psycho-Creative language is related to continuous and growing ability to restrain their inner critic and to allow, in their minds, for more room for new ideas, new decisions, and a much better relationship with themselves.
Less self-criticism means a more open mindset, more readiness for new adventure, better listening to healthy passions, and more flexibility in the transition from NON HEALTHY NATURE back to HEALTHY NATURE, that we will learn and practice in this knowledge community.
