Component #4: Emotional Transformation

Psycho-Creative Language: Component #4: Emotional Transformation.
The idea that emotions can (and should) be transformed into creative expression is one of the cornerstones of the Psycho-Creative language as well as studies and practice.
As long as people remain under the tremendous limitation of their logical left brain’s mode of thinking, they stay trapped in an illusion of being pretty helpless in dealing with emotions, mainly because emotions do not follow much logical reasoning.
The Psycho-Creative Language assists people in crossing the bridge to their other side of their mind, thereby creating a new bond of cooperation between their right and left brain. When this change takes place, a new perspective about the role and the use of emotions arises.
And this is where Emotional Transformation steps in as a very powerful and useful technique that enables, through routine practice, to create a state in which the emotional energy of all kinds of emotional expressions, is directed into a mode of action that eventually manifests as change or creative initiation.
The more people practice Emotional Creativity while implementing the other components of the Psycho-Creative language, they report a significant change in their attitude and relationship with their emotions. They learn to “play” with their changing feelings and to reduce, significantly, the events of feeling helpless while facing all kinds of emotions.
Emotional Transformation can be practiced while making an intimate “meeting” with the mirror (6 minutes) and can be practiced through the practice video in “cosmic time.” Either way is effective.
Emotional Transformation practice will be a part of the tools helping us in the transition from NON-HEALTHY NATURE back to HEALTHY NATURE in the Healthy Nature Program
