Knowledge is a central and continuously evolving dimension of the Psycho-Creative World. For nearly three decades, Psycho-Creative knowledge has been explored and developed both intellectually and experientially, through an ongoing investigation of the human psyche and the relationships between emotions, creativity, spirituality, healing, and personal development. Over the years, this exploration has grown into an extensive body of ideas, principles, models, and practices that examine how we relate to ourselves, how we transform emotionally, how we develop self-love and reduce excessive self-criticism, how we express our natural creativity, and how we move toward a healthier and more authentic expression of who we are.
This body of knowledge is not static. It continues to grow through writing, research, teaching, practice, and dialogue with people who study and apply it in their own lives. You can explore Psycho-Creative knowledge through the foundational books available free of charge in The Psycho-Creative Library, through the growing collection of books in the Bookstore, and through the in-depth articles published in The Psycho-Creative Journal. The knowledge is also studied, discussed, tested, and further developed in the weekly Psycho-Creative Zoom meetings with Dr. Pinkie Feinstein, where ideas from the books and the broader approach meet personal experience and the realities of everyday life.
