THE HEALTHY NATURE PROGRAM

I am inviting you to a new, special international program that I am about to lead, twice a week, free of charge. I am a psychiatrist and the developer of all the tools and concepts of this program. Starting September 1st 2025. 

‘Healthy nature’ is a basic psycho-creative concept that views the human being as equipped, from birth, with variety of natural qualities and skills, that the proper use of which can greatly assist in having a more satisfying, creative and fulfilling life.

All people possess these healthy natures, and in each individual, the potential expression and manifestation of their healthy nature is unique, different and specific.

There are many examples of healthy nature: the creativity healthy nature, the courage healthy nature, the ability to connect to passion healthy nature, the freedom healthy nature, the flexibility healthy nature, the resilience healthy nature, etc. This list is as long as human potential qualities, all of which have their possible positive and productive expression, once they have the right conditions to develop naturally.

The psycho-creative principle of healthy nature states that, for healthy nature to reach full expression, it must be continually cultivated, nurtured, and given attention from an early age. When it is practiced, it grows and thrives; when neglected, it shrinks and may nearly disappear.

Over time, through neglect and ignorance of the healthy nature we all possess, we tend to forget its presence and often adopt a narrative that says: “Unlike others, I’m just not good at this. I don’t have the talent, the ability, the skill, or the means — and this is simply who I am (unfortunately…).”

The end result of the lack of expression of healthy nature is the development of the “unhealthy nature,” which reflects the absence of healthy nature’s expression and often has negative consequences.

So, instead of natural optimism, we get pessimism. Instead of natural creativity, we get a sense of being stuck and an inability to change. Instead of natural passion, we develop a tendency toward melancholy. Furthermore, we tend to become addicted to our unhealthy natures, to the point where we are certain we cannot live without them.

In the psycho-creative world, we have developed, over more then two decades, special tools to help people transform from their unhealthy nature back to their healthy one. These practical tools include emotional transformation practice, increasing self-love, decreasing self-criticism, enhancing emotional creativity, and awareness to the addictive aspects of the non-healthy nature and ways to recover from it.

Yet the most important part of this exciting process is learning and understanding the healthy nature concept and becoming aware of it. People grow up with feelings of many kinds of inabilities, and it is our job to show them that this is just an elusive belief built upon neglected healthy natures, which, once recovered, may change what was impossible and hard into possible and easier, and even fun. This is the exciting transformation that comes with the return to healthy nature.

How it will work:

Twice a week, I will lead a one-hour Zoom meeting (Monday and Wednesday, 20:30 Israel time) where I will teach you about all kinds of healthy natures and our ways to return to them. The learning is dynamic and encourages participants to take an active part in the meeting. I will also give home assignments to those who would like to practice the tools between meetings.

No commitment or obligation is required. You can join whenever you wish. All meetings are recorded, so you can watch them anytime if you miss a class.
